Welcome to the Urge Incontinence & Pelvic Organ Prolapse Combo Course

In this introductory module, you'll build a strong foundation for understanding and managing both urge incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. We'll start by unpacking what each condition is, exploring the common causes behind them, and identifying the factors that can contribute to ongoing symptoms and pelvic floor dysfunction.

From there, we'll dive deeper into how your body works through clear and simple lessons, including:

  • Anatomy of the Pelvic Floor: Learn how the muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues of your pelvic floor support your bladder and pelvic organs — and how weakness, strain, or imbalance can contribute to prolapse and leakage.

  • Bladder Function and Healthy Habits: Discover what’s normal for bladder and bowel function, and how small lifestyle adjustments can help reduce strain on your pelvic floor and support better control.

  • The Role of Water Intake: Understand how proper hydration supports bladder and bowel health — and why finding the right balance is key for managing both incontinence and prolapse symptoms.

  • Caffeine and Constipation: Learn how daily habits like caffeine consumption and digestive health can impact pelvic pressure and bladder function, and what you can do to better support your pelvic floor.

By the end of this module, you'll have a clearer understanding of the "why" behind your symptoms and feel empowered with practical, supportive steps to strengthen, protect, and improve your pelvic health.

Month One Exercises: Building the Foundation

This section introduces your Month One exercise plan — three simple yet effective exercises designed to gently reconnect you with your pelvic floor and begin building strength and control. These movements are safe, beginner-friendly, and meant to be performed daily throughout your first month.

Each exercise is explained step-by-step, with guided cues to help you build awareness, proper technique, and confidence. Consistency is key, and this daily routine will lay the groundwork for more advanced exercises in the coming weeks.

By committing to these foundational movements, you’re taking a powerful first step toward improving organ prolapse, supporting your pelvic floor, and feeling more in tune with your body.

Month Two Exercises: Progressing Your Pelvic Floor Strength

In Month Two, we’ll build on the foundation you created in the first month with four new exercises designed to further strengthen and challenge your pelvic floor and core. These movements focus on improving coordination, endurance, and functional support as you continue your journey toward improving pelvic organ prolapse.

Each exercise includes clear guidance and modifications to meet you where you're at, helping you feel stronger, more connected, and more confident in your body with each passing week.

Month Three Exercises: Strengthening and Supporting for the Long Term

In this final month of the program, you’ll be introduced to five new exercises designed to further strengthen your pelvic floor and core while enhancing the support of your pelvic organs. These movements focus on building endurance, improving coordination under more dynamic conditions, and preparing you for lasting success beyond the course.

With continued daily practice, you’ll notice greater pelvic support, improved core stability, and increased confidence in your everyday movements. This final phase is all about reinforcing the progress you’ve made and equipping you with the tools to maintain and protect your pelvic health for life.
