Welcome to the Tight Pelvic Floor Course

In this introductory module, you'll build a strong foundation for understanding and managing a tight pelvic floor. We'll start by unpacking what a tight pelvis is, exploring the common causes behind it, and identifying the factors that can contribute to ongoing discomfort.

From there, we'll dive deeper into how your body works through clear and simple lessons, including:

  • Anatomy of the Pelvic Floor: Learn how the muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues of your pelvic floor function — and how tension, weakness, or imbalance can contribute to pain.

  • Bladder Function and Healthy Habits: Discover what’s normal for bladder and bowel function, and how small lifestyle adjustments can help reduce irritation and strain on the pelvic floor.

  • The Role of Water Intake: Understand how proper hydration supports bladder and bowel health, and why balance is important for managing pelvic pain.

  • Posture and Pelvic Alignment: Explore how your posture and alignment can affect pelvic floor tension and pain, and learn simple strategies to better support your body throughout daily activities.

  • Caffeine and Constipation: Learn how daily habits like coffee consumption and digestive health can impact pelvic pain symptoms, and what you can do to support better pelvic function.

By the end of this module, you'll have a clearer understanding of the "why" behind your symptoms and feel empowered with practical, supportive steps to ease discomfort and promote better pelvic health.

Month One Exercises: Releasing Tension and Rebuilding Connection

This section introduces your Month One exercise plan — three gentle, beginner-friendly exercises designed to help you reconnect with your pelvic floor, release unnecessary tension, and promote relaxation. These movements are safe, supportive, and intended to be performed daily throughout your first month.

Each exercise is explained step-by-step, with guided cues to help you build awareness, use proper technique, and develop confidence in listening to your body. Consistency is key, and this daily routine will create a strong foundation for deeper relaxation and improved pelvic health in the coming weeks.

By committing to these foundational movements, you’re taking an important first step toward reducing pelvic pain, easing tightness, and restoring a healthier, more balanced connection with your pelvic floor.

Month Two Exercises: Deepening Relaxation and Building Control

In Month Two, we’ll build on the foundation you created in the first month with four new exercises designed to further support pelvic floor relaxation, core stability, and overall pelvic health. These movements focus on improving coordination, gentle endurance, and helping your body move with less tension and more ease.

Each exercise includes clear guidance and modifications to meet you where you’re at, helping you feel more connected to your body, more in control of your symptoms, and more confident as you continue your healing journey.

Month Three Exercises: Restoring Balance and Lasting Relief

In this final month of the program, you’ll be introduced to five new exercises designed to further support pelvic floor relaxation, improve core stability, and help your body move with greater ease and comfort. These movements focus on enhancing coordination, building gentle endurance, and preparing you for lasting success beyond the course.

With continued daily practice, you’ll experience greater flexibility, improved pelvic balance, and increased confidence in your everyday activities. This final phase is all about reinforcing the progress you’ve made, supporting long-term pelvic health, and helping you feel more at home in your body.
